［ User-level permission management ］
　To ensure adequate support for users acting as service administrators (*) while maintaining a security-conscious design, administrator privileges are restricted based on user level. However, there are no differences in basic service usage based on user level.
※administrator…A user who can create groups for sharing information and add members to the group
