StrongBox is an application for the safe storage of your confidential data, such as passwords, bank cards, keys for crypto wallets, and other various data, with the highest degree of protection and ease of use.

The basic principle of the app
The user password never leaves the app and is not stored, so losing the master password means losing access to the storage.
There is no password recovery procedure.

A reliable security level
All data is stored in AES256 encrypted storage on the device or cloud service.

Backup copies
With your cloud service, you can store backups
The application provides the ability to save a backup copy in cloud storage, such as Google Drive, or on the Strongbox server (only for the StrongboxPro version). Cloud backups are also protected with AES256 encryption and can be restored on a local device with a password.

Safe data sharing
You can share confidential information with other Strongbox Pro users from your white list.
1. The Sender selects the Recipient from the white list.
2. Encryption of data using a one-time key.
3. Encrypting the one-time password using the public key of the Recipient
4. Transfer of one-time encrypted key through StrongBox server to the Recipient.
5. The Receiver decrypts the one-time key with the help of his private key.
6. Transmission of encrypted data from the Sender to the Receiver through the Strongbox server.
7. Data decryption using the previously received one-time-key.
8. Data transfer to the Recipient’s storage.
