Strongbox Zero is a version of the well known and loved Strongbox with all of the networking code and as many third party libraries stripped out as we could! Think of it as the Drag Racer version of Strongbox!
If you're a fan of Local Only password managers this could be the right choice for you.
We recommend you get to know (and love!) the regular Strongbox first through the Freemium app. Once you're happy and sure you want to go local only, go for Strongbox Zero...

This update for Strongbox adds Bitwarden Passkey import & big improvements to search.
New:
- Import Passkeys from Bitwarden.
- Support for ID.me two-factor authentication setup.
- Remember the last used search scope, and exclude password history from search results.
- Multi-select actions for search results, including move, export, merge and delete.
- Unified entry context menus, with a dedicated View action.
Fixes:
- Fixed searches containing straight or curly apostrophes.
- Fixed favourite entries not opening correctly from the Home screen.
- Fixed crashes when editing tags, including on iOS 18.
- Fixed a crash when saving a Passkey without a username or email.
- Fixed the What's New screen.
