It allows customers to rate clinic services, so you can collect feedback and get valuable insights on how well your team performs, how clean it is and if there's any issue to be addressed.

10/month Starter Subscription
1 location, unlimited responses

50/month Standard Subscription
5 locations, unlimited responses

The subscription automatically renews unless turned off in Account Settings at least 24h before current period ends. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and according to the cost of the current plan.

Payment is charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited after purchase.
