TC Partner – the app for Toll Collect service partners
The “TC Partner” app is the most flexible way for Toll Collect service partners (authorised workshops) to install and deinstall on-board units (OBUs) and their components and to document these tasks on a smartphone or tablet.
The app supports Toll Collect service partners with the following processes:
•Recording licence plate numbers and OBU serial numbers
•Installing and deinstalling OBUs
•Checking or exchanging faulty OBUs and components
•Obtaining replacement approval
•Documenting work that has taken place and storing service logs in digital form
•Inventory of OBUs
•Overview of all open processes
TC Partner is available in German, English, Polish, Dutch, French, Italian, Spanish, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian and Danish.
