Talian Darussalam 123 is a 24 by 7 national call centre for non-emergency services provided by the Brunei Government for the citizen. Using this application, you can snap the image of your complaint or queries, and send it directly to the contact centre, on-the-go.
It also equips you to track the history and latest status of your complaint and queries.
Citizen can register using E-Darussalam account to log in.

1. In the announcement page, user can click on the announcement to read the complete information. User can navigate to announcement page from the Login screen and also user can navigate to Announcement page after Login to the TD123 application.
2. TD123 Mobile App User manual can be accessed from the Login screen on clicking FAQ. User Manual is available in English and Bahasa Melayu)
3. On single tap on the interaction, geo tag will move to the location of the interaction.
