@mentions — Type @ in any chat or channel to mention a teammate, @everyone, or @here. Mentions appear as highlighted chips, show a distinct red badge, and play a separate sound so important messages stand out.
Per-conversation notifications — Choose All messages, Mentions only, or Nothing for each chat or channel. A small row icon shows the level at a glance.
Siri — Place calls and send dictated text messages with your business identity, hands-free. Sign in once; then enable Siri & Search for Thirdlane Connect in iOS Settings.
Call with Thirdlane Connect — Start calls from Siri and system shortcuts using your Connect business caller ID.
Meetings — Start a meeting from chat headers. Voice calls stay voice-only; use Meetings when you need video (if enabled by your administrator).
Call history — Delete individual calls, selected entries, or your entire history. Deletions are hidden only for you; recordings and reporting are unchanged.
Channels — Newly added channels appear immediately in your list and search. Editing a channel or adding members returns you to the channel list. Channel search Manage opens settings reliably.
Recordings & voicemail — More reliable playback on iPhone, including after brief network interruptions.
