VibeSeverityTool is a tool for vibration and exposure calculations. It converts sinusoidal vibration between displacement, velocity, and acceleration, and provides quick unit conversions such as m/s² to g, mm/s to in/s, and µm to mils. For condition checks, it shows vibration severity bands similar to ISO 10816, with limits you can edit to match your site standards. For safety tracking, it supports A(8) daily vibration exposure calculations and time-based HAV checks. A crest factor warning helps flag signals that may indicate early bearing-related issues. For measurement setup, it calculates FFT bin width from sample rate and FFT size, and includes angular frequency (ω = 2πf) for rotating machinery work.
