WFM Buddy brings the Agent capabilities from Genesys Workforce Management to your mobile device. WFM Buddy provides you with access whenever you need it, and wherever you are.



Sit back and relax as WFM Buddy helps you control your work&life balance:
- have instant access to your work schedule, and be notified on changes to your schedule
- share your work preferences, or request for changes to the schedule
- agree to work some overtime, when you want to
- request for time-off, check your time-off balance, and see the status of your pending requests
- trade shifts with your colleagues, and check on the status of pending trade requests
- reach out to the planning team, or your supervisor



Your access to WFM Buddy is enabled by your Genesys Workforce Management system administrator.
