The National Code (Nepali: मुलुकी ऐन; Muluki Ain) is a comprehensive code that includes criminal , civil code and the code of procedures of Nepal. The National Code is scheduled to be replaced by the Muluki Criminal Code and Code of Procedures and the Muluki Civil Code and Code of Procedures on August 17, 2018.
