Appliances: Your online portal will contain details of your appliances, including user manuals for when you need help setting a programme or troubleshooting an issue. For each appliance, there will be a link to register the manufacturer’s warranty online.

Library: In the Library section, you’ll be able to view and download digital documents. We’ll ensure you have a copy of the homeowner’s manual given to you at handover, as well as appliance manuals, home warranty documents and more. You can also upload your own documents to the portal for safe keeping, allowing you to log in and access them online from any device.

FAQs: Every now and then, you’ll have questions about your home that you’re sure you’ve heard the answer to before. For those instances, check the FAQs section of the online portal for answers to common queries regarding setting up utility accounts, home maintenance and more. If you still need help, refer to the documents in the Library section of the portal or get in touch using the details in the Contacts section.

How Tos: You’ll have access to a catalogue of How To articles, providing inspirational ideas, shrewd money and energy saving tips, and valuable advice on caring for your property and maintain that new home sparkle.
