Panda Dictionary & HSK Trainer is a modern Chinese-English learning companion built around fast lookup, clear pronunciation, and practical study tools. Use it for everyday words, 2026 HSK vocabulary, Chinese text you see in the real world, and cultural terms that ordinary dictionaries often make hard to explore.
Search traditional or simplified characters, pinyin, Jyutping, Cantonese romanization, or English. Open a result to hear Mandarin, Taiwan Mandarin, or Hong Kong Cantonese, compare writing forms, inspect related entries, and break longer words into character-level meanings.

Panda Plus is an auto-renewable subscription offered monthly, every 6 months, or yearly. The exact price is shown in the app before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple ID and renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in App Store settings.

Fixed a bug where tapping a pronunciation flag could speak the wrong Chinese dialect — for example, Mandarin words read aloud in Cantonese — when your device's default Chinese voice was set to another dialect. Each flag now always uses its own dialect's voice.
