- Push Notifications — Full APNs push notifications for new Boujés, comments, DMs, and friend requests with deep linking to the relevant screen. Smart suppression of DM banners when you're already in that chat.
- APNs Sandbox Support — Push notifications now work on both Xcode debug builds and TestFlight/App Store builds by routing tokens to the correct APNs endpoint.
- Chat Auto-Scroll — Auto-scrolls to new messages when you're near the bottom (within 25% of screen). Shows a floating "New messages" pill when you've scrolled up — tap to jump to latest.
- Image Attachments in DMs — Send photos in chat via the + button. Select from photo library, preview before sending, then confirm. Images upload to R2 and display inline in chat bubbles.
- Chat Preview Text — Conversation list now shows "You: ..." prefix when you sent the last message (e.g. "You: Sent a photo").
- Image Loading Reliability — RemoteImage now auto-retries on failure with backoff, and retries every time the image scrolls into view instead of permanently showing a placeholder.
