* Regularly being grateful for something or to somebody makes us healthier and happier. It’s driven with dopamine and scientifically proven.

* Practice your gratitude daily sending up to 3 appreciation points to any people from your phone contacts or anyone who you follow inside the app.

* Attach a personal message to the appreciation point which is private by default but the receiver can make it public after receiving.

* All points deliver to receivers at their 8 PM local time. You can change your message in the karma point and even change the receiver before this time.

* Watch the Karma Flow — activity feed of the network of people you follow.

* Explore people profiles inside your network or search any other profile inside Inkarma.

* Tell people around you about Inkarma and start to receive appreciation points in your profile for something you do in real life.
