Luminary is a global, inclusive collaboration hub - a first of its kind - for women and women-identified, and our male allies, who are passionate about professional development and expanding their networks.

We have defined new category and reimagined both a physical and digital space for women-identified with an emphasis on investing in self-development, wellness, flexibility and giving back. Members have access to a vibrant community, New York City location, partner spaces around the US and a vast ecosystem of services, offerings and perks.

Luminary is leveling the playing field, advancing women through community and delivering impact no matter your stage of career, your role or industry.

With our interactive app Members can connect with each other, RSVP to events, and access the community online!
