Oktion is a fundraising event management tool made for charities, schools, and non-profit organisations. It offers multiple fundraising features like auctions, raffles, donation collections, and admission tickets. With a robust set of customisable controls, organisers can tailor their events to maximise their initiative's fundraising potential.

Oktion is an online hub of social good. The Oktion explore page displays all public events - giving organisations greater reach beyond their immediate community. Any user can contribute to a cause they find on the explore page or spread the message via multiple share functions. With no geographic boundaries to limit fundraising, initiatives can reach users on the other side of the world.

There are four main fundraising features in Oktion.

'Auctions' allow organisers to put items up for bidding. Organisers can customise the name and description of an item, add images, and set the starting bid, bid increment, reserve amount, and Buy It Now amount. Auctions ran on the application happen in real-time. To participate, contributors need only enter a maximum bid amount and the application bids for them. When they are outbid, the application bids again until their maximum bid is reached.

'Raffles' allow organisers to sell raffle ticket bundles and giveaway prizes. Organisers can customise the name, price, and number of tickets of raffle ticket bundles. Raffles drawn on the application are automatable. Organisers need only enter the raffle draw time, and the application will randomly draw a winning ticket for every prize set. The owner of the winning ticket receives a notification of the prize they have won.

'Tickets' is a feature that allows organisers to raise funds through ticket sales. Organisers can set the name, price, quantity, and sale date of each ticket type. Organisers can even set ticket bundles to incentivise larger purchases. On the day of the event, guests can show their tickets stored in the app, and event organisers can mark their attendance.

'Donations' offer a collection point for contributors. Organisers can set fixed donation amounts or let contributors offer their own contributions.
