Upfront provides In-App Purchasing with the following guidelines:

- The length of the subscription is one month (30 days)
- The monthly subscription fee between $2.99 - $5.99 for All-Access
- Monthly subscription automatically renews unless canceled
- Account will be charged for renewal at the beginning of each billing cycle
- Payments will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
- Cancellation is permitted at any time during the subscription period
- Subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
