Watercoolr has been created to facilitate and organise the creation of innovation in an organisation. We’ve made a super simple application which is going to allow all of your fellow “domain members” to collaborate on new ideas. You can simply and easily create a channel (if you are domain admin – the first to register), and then create ideas. Everyone in your organisation then has the ability to “vote” on the idea – whether they like it or not.

You do not get to see the results until you vote, to make sure that the voting is unbiased.

It can be used for anything, voting for a person or idea in the organisation can now be dome quickly – anonymously and efficiently.
