هو تطبيق موجه للمدن و المجتمعات الصغيرة حيث يقوم بعمل مركز تواصل بين صاحب الخدمة او السلعة و السكان داخل المدينة.
اولا: السكان
يقوم الساكن بالبحث عن السلعة او الخدمة المطلوبة و اختيار افضل العروض المناسبة له.
ثانيا : صاحب النشاط
يقوم بادخال بياناته و ادخال العروض الخاصة به و انتظار السكان للطلب او الرد عليه

First: the population
The resident searches for the required good or service and chooses the best offers suitable for him.
Second: The owner of the activity
He enters his data, enters his special offers, and waits for the population to request or respond to it
