1. Ammonia free fish with no added preservatives : Our fish comes without any chemicals, be it ammonia, formalin or any other added preservatives. We assure you that our fish comes as good as alive.

2. Minimal time between catch & delivery: We are able to maintain the freshness of our stock by minimising the time between catch & delivery. Our source of fish are the fishermen who go out to sea on a daily basis. Be it tuna, crab or pearl spot, you can be assured that it was caught on the same day it was delivered.

3. Vacuum packed for prolonged freshness : We attribute one of our freshness factors to vacuum packing. Yes, we vacuum pack every single order of yours. Vacuum packing involves the removal of air from the package, followed by the application of hermetic seal. This keeps your fish fresh for a longer time period. This also avoid freeze burn which happens during direct contact with ice. And on top of it, the colour and flavour of your fish is preserved enabling you to consume it like it was just caught.
