This sales tool will help both Growthpoint employees and customers understand our green buildings and the benefits these developments offer.

Working across mobile and tablet devices, this app serves as an energy and water benchmarking tool to allow users to compare their buildings to others and show the benefits their buildings offer from a sustainability point of view.

Physical consumption

The application focuses on the sustainability of the building being viewed, showing the actual consumption in terms of electricity and water.

The app displays a rating (per building) in terms of water and electricity consumption. This score is calculated on a scale of 1 - 10 and is visually illustrated with a rating.
