Proinstinct provides an immersive soccer training experience that will quickly and easily allow athletes to train spatial awareness and decision making. Our intuitive app and training curriculum empowers athletes to become better technically, cognitively and increase their impact on the game. Working closely with your sports club you will have access to:
- Spatial Awareness and decision making training
- 40+ specialized training sessions
- Player, team, and club insights

Each training session will give you approximately:
- 18 minutes of training
- 1080 touches on the ball
- 90 spatial decisions
- 235 shoulder checks

ProInstinct refines training techniques and methodology developed for and used by professional athletes and teams into an easy to use at-home application. All you need is a ball, a wall and the desire to improve.
