Your workout program is created based on a 7-step mobility test which takes up to 15 minutes. Based on your results, our platform will select between more than 700 different exercises to create the perfect golf fitness program – FOR YOU. You will get four different exercise programs: Flexibility, Stability, Strength, Endurance

WORK OUT ANYWHERE, ANYTIME
You can choose duration, 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes for each workout and you’ll get an amazing variety of exercises if you remember to use all four programs.

When you work out regularly, your body improves, and you become stronger and more flexible. You will need new exercises to stay challenged and to enjoy your workout. That’s why we recommend taking the mobility screening every 4 weeks. By doing so, our platform will refresh your exercises based on your new and improved fitness levels. You will never have to worry whether the exercises you’re doing are right for you and your golf game. They are, because you’ve taken the mobility screening.
