Practice/Swing
iOS Universel / Sports
How many times have you watched a golfer take a smooth, flowing practice swing and then step up to the ball and turn into a different person — swinging twice as fast, taking the club back twice (or half) as far, lunging at the ball at impact, and/or steering it toward the target as it leaves the clubface? How many times have you been that golfer…?
Welcome to Practice/Swing, a simple app that will teach you a lot about your golf swing — and yourself!
Practice/Swing makes it easy to compare your practice and real swings side-by-side or overlaid, in normal or slow motion. It shows you the differences between your practice and real swings and trains you to swing at the ball the same way you practiced — that is, to "hit your practice swing." If you're like most of us, you'll see immediate improvements — including better tempo, more solid contact, and greater confidence overall.
Of course, hitting your practice swing only makes sense if your practice swing is worth hitting! Use Practice/Swing to zoom in on the angle of your clubhead during your practice swing to be sure it's square to your target through the hitting area. (If it's not, you may want to work on your fundamentals a bit more before grooving that swing.) Check your tempo to be sure it's smooth and unrushed. Then pull out Practice/Swing and see if you're able to repeat that swing when hitting the ball!
