RoundFlow - Round Timer, Punch Power and Training Log
RoundFlow is a simple training timer for boxing, MMA, HIIT and other round-based workouts.
Set your rounds, work time, rest time and prep time, then start training. The timer is designed to be clear at a glance, so you can stay focused during each round.
With Apple Watch support, RoundFlow can measure punch power and speed, save your best records, and show your punch history. You can also compare your results on the global leaderboard.
When your hands are busy, voice control lets you start, pause, resume or reset the timer without touching your phone.

This update adds Apple Watch support for round timing, heart rate, active calories, and punch power testing. You can now use your watch during training and view your results on iPhone.
Punch Power has also been improved. It now focuses on clear power and speed results, with better history, personal records, and leaderboard support.
Training history is easier to read now, with new charts for workout time and calories across 7 days, 30 days, 1 year, or all time.
We also added custom round presets, improved the training calendar and log, added more timer and sound settings, improved backup support, and made Plus purchase and restore more reliable.
