SharkShout - Text Underwater

Communicate underwater using rich dive signals or text. A scrolling marquee shows your message to fellow divers, rotated for their orientation. Your message is also either spoken out of the Watch speaker, or encoded with sound which another nearby watch also running SharkShout might be able to "hear" and show. You use the Digital Crown to select messages or enter text by moving to buttons and wiggling back and forth to "tap". Recommended for the Apple Watch Ultra series.

• Messages now take half the time to send/receive, because, in the underwater CODEC (modem), I now have each symbol (now a 3-tone chord) encoding 2 bits at a time instead of just 1.
• Also, I improved its (message) reliability: Each symbol/chord now contains an extra "parity" component. This in turn allowed me to turn up the gain for some extra range.
