Q. Why can't I give cheer items to some matches?
A. This is because the team sets the availability of support items.
Please send a request to the team in the chat section of the game to make the cheering items available.
Q. What is the difference between a game with and without live commentary?
A. This is because the team or organization manages the live info.
Q. How can I listen to the live voice reading?
A. Tap the volume icon in the game screen's upper right corner to read the game's progress.
*No sound if the device is set to mute.
*The frequency cannot be guaranteed, as it is read out at the timing of the preliminary report by the team using SpoLive.
Q. How can I receive push notifications of match progress?
A. You can be set in the "Push Notification Settings" on the My Page tab and switch the frequency.
