What’s that? You want to do all this under pressure? There is a countdown timer for that. Getting one last shot off before the buzzer will easily wear you out. There are goals for distance run, energy burned, and number of shots.

There are no digital awards for completing your 100th shot or 10th workout. Instead, you are the award, your prowess on the court is your prize.
