WinGive is an app that combines non-profit fundraising and a love of sports. You and your friends choose a non-profit to support, a game to watch, and pledge a donation.

WinGive began with a simple idea in the fall of 2018. How many sports fans are there? Who are they? How do they give? Is there a way to combine their passion for sports and create a new philanthropic experience? Can this experience be harnessed to help non-profits raise funds and find a better way to engage with their supporters?

From these questions, WinGive was born! WinGive is an app-based fundraising platform created for sports fans who share a philanthropic spirit and wish to pledge money and raise awareness for the non-profit community.

Participating in this new and exciting platform is quite simple! Create an account, design your personal fan page, and then connect with friends, family, coworkers, and rivals to start your WinGive campaign!

How do you WinGive?
You, or you and a friend, select an upcoming sports game, choose a team, pledge a donation, and select your favorite charity. Based on the outcome of the game, your donation goes to the applicable charity.

If you choose to do a WinGive by yourself, you choose the upcoming game, your donation amount, and the team you prefer. If your selected team wins, your WinGive is donated to that charity. If your team loses, no donation is made, unless you choose to do it on your own anyway.

If you choose to do a WinGive with a friend, you both choose a sports team in an upcoming game, you both choose a charity, and you both choose your donation amount. The entire donation goes to the charity that was selected by the winning team.

No money is ever received by you personally, this is not a gambling app. This app is purely for the purpose of donating and fundraising to nonprofits while using a passion that everyone enjoys, sports!

WinGive is another term for "donation" and the user can select a "WinGive" in the following denominations $1, $5, $10, $20, $100. There are 2 WinGive formats which are as follows: 1) Individual 2) Peer to Peer

All WinGive user transactions are processed through "Stripe" and those WinGive donations are then transferred to the non-profit's "Stripe" account.

Photos and Camera access allows users to select and upload a profile photo for their profile.
