This App is crafted to help you receive God's love intimately and extend it to those around you. The main focus is Lectio (Reading): Slowly read the devotions and the short passage of Scriptures, listening for a word or phrase that stands out to you. Meditatio (Meditation): Reflect on that word or phrase, asking what God might be saying to you personally through it, letting go of your own agenda. Oratio (Prayer): Respond to God from your heart, speaking to Him about what you've heard, perhaps with thanks, confession, or surrender. Contemplatio (Contemplation/Rest): Rest in God's presence, simply being with Him and allowing His word to transform you, rather than trying to think or do anythingn. The App content offers guidance, encouragement and Biblical truth to help you grow in faith and also provides you resources to help you with your encounter with God as you go about your daily life.
