Open the app after a scroll session and get a funny Scroll Receipt: time lost, videos watched, what you probably remember, and what you could have done instead. Then dare a friend, join a Group Detox, or hit Replace Urge for a curated recommendation instead of another random feed spiral.

- Track short videos avoided and challenge badges
- Use night protection for selected apps
- Get curated replacement picks: videos, reads, books, documentaries, podcasts, courses, films, and series
- Save content for later and mark better sessions complete
