Chirosport SA is the national organisation for sports chiropractic in South Africa. Chirosport SA is an educational and co-ordinating organisation for chiropractors with special interest and qualifications in sports chiropractic. Chirosport SA serves to equip chiropractors with the knowledge and tools to provide sports specific care to physically active South Africans.

Sports Chiropractic focuses on providing care in the conservative management, rehabilitation and performance optimisation of the neuromusculoskeletal system for athletes, and participate in a multi-disciplinary sports injury care environment.
