You can search for the properties you desire or be notified by our Project Notification for early-bird preview registration or be recommended by our App based on your GPS location. You may refer or share any properties to your friends, or just sit back and ‘Smart Search’ your right property with our pre-defined property characteristic keywords. Continue to be thrilled with our in-App property sales gallery while making an impromptu virtual viewing of property showunits.


For business partners, we are an affordable, a resourceful and efficient one-stop platform for big, up-rising, mid-sized and small property developers to publicise their properties and to engage with prospect customers, namely first-time home buyers and the tech-savvy young generation. Our marketplace offers ‘Hottest Deals’ or on-demand property expo 24/7 to run weekend or week-long promotional events for prospect customers to engage with property developers online and hassle-free. Other functions include a multi-lingual option, multi-theme setting, and our ‘Kopitiam Talk’ where we discuss investor insights, investment topics and market data reports.

For the benefit of all, Accetera offers a relaxing and concise way to get updated on daily affairs. Our ‘Just In For You’ is a multiple channel aggregator where you can read Malaysian, Regional and Global news – national, stock, real estate, business, technology and even sports – that matter to you as you go with your busy life. You may bookmark and share your favourite news to WhatsApp or other platforms with one-or-two simple clicks without the need to copy a web URL.

In Phase 2, which is currently under development, Accetera will enable property owners and landlords to sell, to rent-out, and to fit-out their properties with ease and speed, and more importantly with much more control, much more flexibility and much more protection without incurring additional costs, time, and stress.
