BipBip is the missing app for truly analyzing your runs stored in the iOS Fitness app.
It starts from the workouts you already have in Fitness and turns them into clear, actionable analysis for marathon prep and week-to-week improvement.
What’s new in BipBip:
- Vitals: weekly physiological metrics with trend views and concise insights (aerobic efficiency, cardiac drift, HR recovery, HR/Power, Start HR Ramp, and HR vs Pace).
- Advanced run detail: heart-rate chart, heart-rate zones, and full per-run metrics.
- iOS widget: current-week progress compared with the same point last week (pace and distance).
Also included:
- Weekly dashboard (Monday to Sunday) with training-relevant comparisons.
- 365-day run history grouped by week, with quick access to each run detail.
- Incremental sync and local cache for faster loading and fresher data.
- On-device processing, with no backend and no required account.

- New option in the Runs tab to choose the start date for your marathon training log metrics
- New CSV export from the Runs tab for the selected training period, with rich workout data ready to share with a coach or analyze with AI
