Clium App support iOS 11.0. Usage can be limited if the iOS version is older than 11.0

Clium App requires access to features below. Not allowing these requirements can be limit the app functions.
1.Bluetooth : For collecting information of Clium Cleaner / For sending WiFi AP information
2.Alarm : For inform the operating status and reminder
