New features:
- Push notifications when receiving money.
- Users can refund a purchase within 5 minutes. Admins and SA can always refund transactions (except PartyKellerKarte).

Enhanced:
- Topbar stays up there instead of scrolling along.
- The App checks for the correction of all fields when creating a new user.
- Admins can see if the user's transaction is an incoming or outgoing one.
- PDFs names are hidden now (does NOT affect old ones).

Fixed:
- Birthday reminder should work now. A notification will be sent one day before the birthday at 9:00 PM (27 hours before).
- Mettwoch can be closed and opened from the first click (Semaphore implemented so that only one Mettwoch can be opened if two users clicked the button at the exact same time).
- Mettwoch's money calculations are fixed now.
