We have developed a unique solution that allows you to connect the VDC (Video Doorbell Concierge) located and installed at the main ACCESS door to the building with the residents through the HIPCAM APP. In this way, we reinvent the accesses, attention of visits, and security in the ENTRANCES of residential and corporate buildings.

Hipcam APP + VDC has become the perfect solution for all users who seek and want to enter their homes in an intelligent, agile, and safe way, controlling everything from their cell phone or smartphone.

After you download the APP and your building has the VDC installed, you will have different functionalities:

1. Smart Access, enter the building intelligently
- Login through facial recognition using AI
- Opening of the entrance to the building through the swipe found on your smartphone
- Recently, as a quick way to open, the widget and the 3D touch button were incorporated that allow you to enter the building without having to open the APP
- Entry of visitors with temporary digital keys (QR codes)

2. Smart Intercom, two-way communication between residents and visitors
- Video calls with visitors who want to enter, for example, homes or deliveries
- Direct calls to landlines or landlines in the resident's apartment
- Calls to special units from the Apps

3. Smart Security, security at your fingertips 24/7
- A panic button in the APP allows you to notify the neighbors and the security company of the building of any inconvenience or eventuality that you are going through; from this point, you can communicate with everyone alerting them about what is happening
- Use an emergency code when you need to enter the building urgently because of something that happened outside; this sends a notification again to all the neighbors and the security company of the building
- Video call with the security company so that they support you in real-time from wherever you are, whether you are inside your apartment or also if you find yourself outside with any inconvenience.
- Record of all building events with images
- Configuration of the surveillance cameras of the building to view them in the APP
