Houses is a simple application that allows you to record details about any property you maybe considering buying and then easily compare it with other properties you've viewed.

The application can help ensure you consider all the aspects you believe to be important, ensuring a balance between practical requirements such as school catchment areas and flood likelihood with more emotive factors such as decoration and garden.

Define your own criteria for assessing a property and give each criterion a weight based on how important you believe that factor is, for example if location is more relevant to you then garden size then give it a relatively higher weighting.

Once you've added your decision making criteria it's easy to then score a particular property against each factor, from -5 very poor to 5 very good.

The app totals the scores for easy comparison, a matrix view gives a full overview of all properties against all criteria and a summary page allows you to clearly see your optimal choice
