Kupukupu Kamali'i is a new, FREE wellbeing app for youth developed by Lili'uokalani Trust. Dive into our wellness activities and track progress as you learn to ho'opono (balance) wellbeing and kilo (observe) your emotions.

Manage your day using a simple, easy-to-use calendar with a habit tracker and task queue. Tasks you don’t complete roll over into a queue for later scheduling!

Assess your wellbeing with a varying set of questions from a holistic Native Hawaiian framework. See recommended activities and tasks, then track your progress towards ho'opono (balance).

Reflect on your day with a random fill-in-the-blank guided reflection prompt or do a free-form journal entry. Finish it off with mo'o emoji and a title to look back meaningfully on your past thoughts and experiences. All app data is stored locally on your phone to ensure your privacy.

Pono activities are collections of video, PDF and web resources sortable by the wellbeing areas. Stretch your body, mind and spirit with our activities and provide feedback on what you would like us to develop next.
