Lord's Verses
iOS Universel / Style de vie
This app is for people who study the Bible and would like to see randomly selected Bible verses on their iPhone/iPad to enlighten them.
Specifically, this app contains both English and Chinese verses from the Bible (old and new Testaments). The app will show a randomly selected verse each time you open the app. Moreover, you may tap on the image in the app's main view to see a new verse on a different background image, or you may specify a refresh period (in seconds, minutes or hours) and the app will automatically show you a new verse/background image on a fixed time interval. Also the app can play relaxing music while you are viewing the Lord's verses on beautiful background images.
Added to the above, you may schedule the app to post one or more verses to your device on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. For example, you may schedule the app to send a verse to your device in the morning, afternoon and/or evening, daily.
Other unique features of the app are:
(a) You may send any screen image with verse to your
friends via emails, SMS messages or save to your device
photo album. Moreover, you may print the image
with your printer.
(b) You may add verses from your own bible to the
app. The custom verses can be in any languages.
(c) You may add your own photos, either from your
photo library or via camera, as custom background
images to the app.
(d) You may specify the app to depict custom verses
only, verses provided by the app only, or both.
(e) You may edit the verse label's text color, text style
and background opacity.
(f) You may setup you own music playlist by selecting
which songs to play, their play order, and whether
the songs are played once or in loop (repeatedly).
Furthermore, you may add/delete your own songs
to/from the music playlist.
(g) All custom-defined verses and images are
automatically saved to your iCloud account. You
may view your custom verses/images on multiple
devices that are login to the same iCloud account.
