GeoFences have been added to the app, I have permission from my clients to use their lat/lon for the geofence. The reason for the geofences is to notify the user ONCE (not multiple times) when they enter the geofence that this town is offering deals. People often forget that they have these apps on their phone which is why the geofence was added to remind them they can claim deals in these areas.

The code has been written to only monitor geofences without constant location-tracking. While the app is in the background the geofences will still be monitored.
