The LOXONE App is used in conjunction with a LOXONE Miniserver.
We recommend having the LOXONE Miniserver installed and configured and the LOXONE App set up by a certified LOXONE Partner. To ensure external access to the LOXONE App, the relevant settings must be made by a LOXONE Partner.
