With practice, the energies become ingrained in your consciousness where you can access them effortlessly, upgrading your overall vibration.
As with the Unlimited Freedom deck, each card in Peace & Harmony has its own specific frequency. Think of them as touchstones, doorway to Spirit. Walk in willingly, interact, be playful and let yourself roam free. Then take the energy you find into your daily experiences.
Pick cards you're drawn to (Select) or surprise yourself (Pick 1, Pick 3). Use your mind to expand the images beyond your physical body. Pay attention to how you feel. Use the words to fuel your vision until you notice a shift in your energy. Practice daily and watch yourself transform.
