On-here is a real-time proximity-based event, activity and offer search solution. Our mission is to connect people looking for interesting things to try, with traders and event organisers who want to attract visitors using real-time marketing and momentary offers. Visitors want to know what is available around their location so they can investigate easily and get to the things that they are interested in.

On-here users can choose the types of offers, events and activities they are interested in hearing about. By using the app, they can search for interesting things based on either the current location of their device, or by entering a specific location, date, and proximity radius. This displays a map showing what is available nearby, and allowing easy filtering to allow the user to quickly focus on the things they are interested in and click to drill down for more details.

Users can also use the app as an on-demand information service whereever they see the On-here™ logo by using the app to scan the logo and reveal all the offers available at this location.

Traders can upgrade their standard user account to a Trader account for a small one-off fee, which gives them access to a promotions manager where they can create multiple time-bound, interest-focussed promotions including images and descriptions. The sign-up fee also covers a Trader Redemption Point pack including On-here window stickers, a counter-top redemption point which the visitor must scan to redeem an available offer, and more detailed instructions on how to maximise your On-here opportunity, dispatched promptly to the Trader as well as a temporary Redemption Point pack to print off and get started immediately.

Once a Trader has published a promotion, it will appear on the map to On-here users on the dates specified by the Trader. The Trader can also highlight a published promotion to people by sending free Promotion Alerts to interested users who are nearby. These Promotion Alerts will be delivered as notifications within the App and also as Push Notifications where permitted, meaning that the Trader can pro-actively drive visibility of their promotions.
