Pet Chronic helps pet owners keep practical, organized notes for ongoing care.

Create profiles for each pet, record chronic conditions and medications, then log the day-to-day details that are easy to forget between vet visits: symptoms, energy, appetite, mobility, medication doses, adherence, and notes.

Use the timeline to review patterns by pet or condition, set daily medication reminders, and generate a plain-text visit summary for a selected date range. Vet prep notes help keep questions and context close at hand before an appointment.

Pet Chronic is designed for private local care tracking. Care records are saved on your device, or in your private iCloud container when iCloud is available, and can be exported as a JSON bundle for backup or sharing. The app does not send your pet care records to the developer.

Pet Chronic is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or replace veterinary advice. Always work with your veterinarian for care decisions.
