Q8 Taxi smartphone app is the most convenient and safest way to get a taxi ride in Kuwait.
Select your pick up, drop off location and tap on request taxi, that’s it-Sit back and we will
let you know when the taxi arrives. You can track the location of the requested taxi or
can talk to the driver on tap of a button and no more fare negotiation- GPS based fare meter
will display the kilometer and ride fare right on your screen when the ride starts.
Features
Pick up Location- Pick up from your current location in one tap, or choose a different location by moving the locator.
Drop off Location- Type the first few letters of the drop location and chose from the suggested location list.
Taxi availability- See the number of available taxis and the estimated arrival time of the nearest taxi to your location.
Know your Driver- App will display the photograph and the details of the driver on trip confirmation.
Fare meter- GPS based meter will calculate the kilometer and fare.
Track your Taxi- Find real time location of the taxi and the shortest distance to your destination.
E-Receipt- Get your payment receipt on your email.
Ride History-Keep track of your rides and payments.
Driver Rating- Rate the quality of ride.
Customer Service- Tap on the Customer support button to reach our 24 x7 Customer support center.
For sign in into the app, you need to provide proper mobile number, then system will generate the OTP and send to your registered mobile number through SMS. You will have the access to use Q8 Taxi app once OTP is verified successfully.
