Quit smoking at your own pace
QSmoking builds a personal plan from how much you smoke, what a pack costs, and your start date. You also record which hours you usually smoke and mark the times you expect will be hardest to cut back, so the plan fits your real day, not a generic template.

How it works
The app works out a day-by-day path to reduce cigarettes until you hit your goal. Each day it shows how many cigarettes you can have and when, and can notify you so you do not have to keep the numbers in your head.
