Reminder-5W3H is a Reminder App which enables you to set the alarm from the point of view of 5W3H i.e., WHAT, WHEN, WHERE, WHO, WHY, HOW MANY, HOW MUCH, HOW.
You sure can ignore the items that you don't need to remind, although it might be good to set at least a time or a location so that the app notify you when the time is up or when you close to the location.

Some Accessibility functions like auto complete can help you to input. Repeat setting is also possible and notification sound of variety of duration in seconds is selectable in addition to the system default sound.
You can also attach photos to help you remind that.
