Shadow Drive Connect is the companion app for the Vonnen Shadow Drive performance hybrid retrofit for Porsche cars. This app requires a connection to Vonnen’s installed vehicle hardware via Bluetooth and functions as a user interface for interacting with, and monitoring, Shadow Drive.

With Shadow Drive hardware installed, together with this app, the user has ability to dramatically improve the performance of their Porsche by adding up to 150 additional horsepower (110 kw) and 150 lb/ft of torque (200 Nm), all through a discrete smartphone interface.

Specific app functions include:

•The ability to select and change various drive modes including Stealth, Sport, and Overboost
•Real time monitoring of system status and availability
•System On/Off toggle to engage valet mode
•Over-The-Air updates to system firmware

Note that the app has no functionality when not paired with the Shadow Drive hardware.

Note that the app is not required for the hardware to continue to function in the vehicle. Without this app in use, the vehicle will default to the Stealth drive mode.

All of the app’s functionality is available when connected via Bluetooth to an iOS device running iOS 16.6 or later.
