SHIFT - Wheel of Life is an elegant, simple and effective life wheel App that lets you see your self whole.

Each day you can create your own colorful life wheel that shows a view of your life balance.

SHIFT - Wheel of Life is simple to use - it provides you with the ability to track 8 key life attributes: Body, Mind, Soul, Love, Work, Nature, Gratitude, and Community. In addition, by upgrading to Shift Wheel +, you have access to 8 custom fields you can use to track aspects of your life that are particularly important to you (Creativity? Play? Diet? Adventure?)

Tracking yourself each day with SHIFT - Wheel of Life produces two separate graphs: a colorful life wheel that creates a picture of your life and shows how well it’s balanced and how it’s shifting over time; and a line graph that allows you to track each of your life categories over time, both individually and with respect to one another.

With SHIFT - Wheel of Life, you can see where you are balanced and where you aren’t, and you can then act consciously to make changes that will both bring you into greater balance and help you achieve your goals.
